Low-Carbon Procurement in Practice, 21 May 2015

Public procurers were invited to take part in a one day seminar took place 21 May in Riga (Lativa) that offered insight into good practices and methods to overcome obstacles while driving low-carbon public purchases for supplies, works and services. The seminar also showcased the results of two projects focused on green public procurement: PRIMES and GPP2020.
